All tasks listed below are a mandatory part of your learning. They are split into 2 separate sections:

¬ SECTION 1 - pre-learning - these tasks will have to be completed prior to attending the physical skills part of the course. Please focus on these first. Do not complete the other tasks until instructed by the course lead tutor.

¬ SECTION 2 - conclusions - these tasks will have to be completed after attending the physical skills part of the course in order to conclude your learning. Complete these tasks only after instructed by the course lead tutor.

* please ensure you have your Course Registration Number readily available. This number is unique to you and we will use it to identify you also reconcile your submissions.

* when completing the forms, please use your full name - don't use short names / nick-names - this can lead to your submissions not being accepted.
