¬ They were both very knowledgeable and approachable. They were prepared and organised to deliver the training. They were welcoming and appropriately engaging throughout. There was one or two times when sessions could have started earlier, I’m not sure what the reason was for this. The roles could have been more balanced in terms of transitions, but overall I enjoyed the training and looking forward to developing further

¬ Breakaway training has been really good. The sessions are clear, well organised, and very practical. The tutors are excellent  supportive, knowledgeable, and easy to learn from. They explain things well and make sure everyone is confident before moving on. Overall, it’s been a positive and valuable experience so far

¬ The sit down non - physical educational parts of the course were very dry and not particularly neurodivergent friendly and repeating educational courses already completed in-house previously.Trying to take notes off screen and comprehending speedy read throughs and tutor imput is difficult all at once. *venue lighting and writing materials problematic which exasperated the situation. This isn't any criticism of the tutors who were excellent but a lot of the course content was recieved, in relation to the views of many of the staff attending, in a way thst specifically infringed on time that could be spend on more thorough restraint and breakaway techniques. Tutors were excellently regarding the restraint and breakaway side of course. Always supportive, giving deeper insight and thought provoking.

¬ This is the second time I have had George as a tutor, I have worked for the company 12 year. And never had a tutor like him. He is friendly,approachable and very good at teaching. I have learnt so much from him and  only now do I feel confident in my role, as I now feel confident and knowledgeable regarding TMVA. ¬ The tutor was strict and abit bossy he did not take in fact that people did not use the skills which we were taught he needs to understand that not everyone likes to be shouted at for not knowing a move or how to make a hand move need to lighten up as he can come across to bossy and is not nice to be single out in front of everyone for moves they have not had to use in nearly ten years of working at Millbrook which is very good on our part so he should thank us on not having to use TMVA.
